Charles Kuralt called the Beartooth Highway the most scenic highway in America. It is a beautiful drive, and best done in the morning when the skies are clear. Often, it gets cloudier in the afternoons and can rain. At 10,000 feet, it could even snow in the summer if it got cold enough.
